Your mission
- Assume leadership of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively.
- Architect, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software applications.
- Uphold best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity.
- Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.
- Proven track record in leadership roles within software engineering or similar domains.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent skills in Back End development, specifically with PHP Laravel.
- Knowledge with GOLang.
- Knowledgeable about cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
