Overview / Summary

As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a Team Manager to manage our consultants assigned to clients.

Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Lead a team of consultants, ensuring they have the support needed to work effectively and deliver high-quality results.
  • Drive talent development by motivating team members, providing feedback, setting growth goals, and promoting training opportunities.
  • Oversee performance management by tracking each team member's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and celebrating successes.
  • Ensure quality assurance by delivering work that meets company standards and expectations.
  • Coordinate project results to meet deadlines and objectives aligned with company strategy and client needs.
  • Act as the point of contact between the technical team and clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and resolve technical or management challenges, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and synergy, including teams like sales, HR, and operations.
  • Manage resource allocation to ensure the team has the necessary tools, budgets, and time for successful project execution.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, from defining profiles to selecting new team member.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Higher education in HR, Administration, Management or similar areas.
  • Ideally +2 years' experience supporting consultancy or project management teams.
  • Languages: fluent Portuguese; advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Easy to solve problems.
  • Good collaboration with other departments and clients.
