Cybersecurity is a core value at Equans, not a checkbox. We are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity Product Management to lead the global cybersecurity product portfolio across a 90,000-employee enterprise operating in more than 20 countries.
This role combines deep technical ownership, product strategy, and team leadership at enterprise scale.
- 95,000 identities
- 60,000 workstations
- 6,500 servers
- 80% of IT hosted on Azure and AWS
- Global deployment of Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon, and WIZ
You will not be managing a single tool. You will be shaping the cybersecurity backbone of a multinational organization.
- Build and lead a team of Cybersecurity Solutions Experts
- Act as Product Owner for group-level cybersecurity platforms
- Define and execute long-term product strategy
- Challenge vendors and influence roadmap direction
- Prioritize backlog and drive measurable value extraction
- Oversee integration, deployment, and operational performance
- Structure and manage exception handling processes
- Balance operational excellence with strategic innovation
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to stay technically relevant.
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Strong exposure to EDR, CSPM, cloud security, and enterprise environments
- Experience leading technical product teams
- Deep understanding of IT architecture, identity, endpoint and cloud security
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-country organizations
- Comfort moving between architecture deep dives and executive reporting
Technical credibility is essential. You will lead experts and must be able to support them.
You will directly influence:
- Enterprise-wide detection and response capabilities
- Cloud security posture
- Governance and exception frameworks
- Long-term cybersecurity investment strategy
