We are looking for an exceptional HR Project Manager
Job summary: The role ensures HR development projects—such as learning programs, leadership development, and talent processes —are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Reporting line: Learning & Development
Main responsibilities:
- Learning and Development projects (training programs, employee surveys, talent management, HI-PO identification and development);
- Lead end to end project management of HR development initiatives (planning, execution, monitoring, closing);
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to agreed schedules and budgets;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs;
- Act as a key point of contact between HR, business leaders, vendors, and employees;
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports and documentation;
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions;
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and project delivery ways of working;
- Involved in developing, maintaining and continuously improving any necessary/relevant HR processes and tools.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles with strong project exposure, preferably training or development projects;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel;
- Comfortable delivering training to diverse audiences;
- Good at planning, organizing & comfortable with administrative tasks as well;
- English language - fluent;
- MS Office (Excel advanced).
