Insolight is an innovative company based in Renens (CH) building agrivoltaic installations, with a single infrastructure providing agricultural protection and solar energy generation. The team has developed a unique technology to precisely tune the micro-climate below the installation and optimize crops’ growth.


We are now multiplying projects with growers across Europe, with more than 800 MWp in the pipeline and more than 280 MWp of projects advancing in France, Italy and Switzerland. Our team is passionate about building a solution that impacts both energy and agriculture, tackling multiple Sustainable Developments Goals at once.


More and more projects are expected to reach Ready-to-Build stage in the upcoming year. We are thus looking for someone experienced in managing the execution phase (Engineering and Construction) to roll out those deployments. Total commitment, enthusiasm to work in fast-paced environment and attention to details are required, to ensure that the construction of our agrivoltaic installations is a success.



Role and key responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate projects from the building permit stage through the commissioning, with the multiple suppliers and services providers.
  • You will carry out detailed planning of the PV system and write the specifications of the different part of the system.
  • You will check the executions plans.
  • You will be responsible for projects primarily in Switzerland, Italy.


What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in Engineering and Construction (EPC) of ground mounted solar projects
  • Understanding of construction norms (Eurocode, SIA)
  • Experience with commissioning and quality checks of solar power plants
  • Attention to details, good structure in documentation
  • Ability to successfully navigate in a fast-paced organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Regular travels to oversee projects in Switzerland, Italy and eventually France.
  • Fluency in English, Italian and/or German.
  • Genuine interest in sustainability 


Additional valuable skills:

  • Experience in agrivoltaics
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience and understanding of geotechnical requirements
