As part of the CRO organization, the Risk Methodology & Reporting unit plays a central role in shaping the group‑wide risk framework. The team is responsible for designing and implementing standardized risk management methodologies, operating and continuously enhancing the risk data infrastructure, and delivering high‑quality, targeted risk reports to internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of highly motivated and self‑driven specialists at the crossroads of risk analytics, financial market infrastructures, and IT systems. You will gain insights into financial and non‑financial risk management tools, the group’s risk profile, and the underlying data architecture. The position offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, technical expertise, and business understanding in a dynamic, market‑oriented environment.
What You Will Do
- Enhance and further develop data collection, processing and computation workflows within a large‑scale risk database environment
- Perform data analyses and prepare risk reports and management dashboards
- Maintain and optimize automated risk analytics and reporting processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across risk management, IT and business functions
- Support ad‑hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional projects within the team
What You Bring
- Educational background in IT, data science or economics, combined with strong interest in financial markets and risk management
- Ability to analyze complex information and communicate key insights with clarity and precision
- Solid IT and data processing skills (SQL, MS Power BI / MS Fabric); experience with Databricks and MS Azure-based platforms is a plus
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and a strong team-player attitude
- Proficient command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
