We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join an exciting assignment contributing to next-generation connected services.

About the Assignment

You will be part of a Cloud Platform organization developing and maintaining global cloud services that enable a seamless connected experience for millions of vehicles and users worldwide.

The platform provides a highly secure runtime ecosystem for applications and services supporting connected vehicles. The focus is on scalable cloud infrastructure, platform core services, and tools that support the full software development lifecycle with fast feedback and built-in quality.

What You’ll Do

You will be part of an empowered agile DevOps team developing backend services. Together with your team, you will:

• Define, design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and operate secure backend applications
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements and support sprint planning
• Estimate size and complexity of upcoming work
• Take ownership of technical design within your domain and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines
• Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions
• Work in a microservice-oriented architecture using modern technologies
• Continuously improve ways of working and contribute to a strong engineering culture

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and backend technologies
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and system monitoring
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and REST/gRPC
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• Fluency in English

Experience with connected vehicle data, cloud-to-vehicle communication, mobile integrations, or external partner integrations is considered a strong advantage.
