Your role will involve:
As Senior Manager within Europe Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.
Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you will play a pivotal role leading high-impact client engagements as a billable consultant, originating business development initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the Wayfinders practice.
You will lead large-scale delivery programs, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will help shape our go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, and play a critical role in business development and practice growth.
This role is ideal for a consulting leader who brings strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and the desire to shape a new practice from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
Business Development
- Significantly contributing to proposal creation, client presentations, and the identification of follow-on opportunities within key accounts.
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Driving the execution of targeted marketing initiatives aligned to solution and industry priorities.
- Consultative selling towards decision makers in existing and new clients.
Client delivery
- Leading large consulting engagements or multiple workstreams within complex, multi-disciplinary technology engagements.
- Managing delivery teams, ensuring high-quality, structured outputs aligned to client expectations.
- Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, driving satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Practice Development
- Contributing to the evolution of consulting methodologies, accelerators, and service offerings.
- Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and deliver compelling consulting services.
- Mentoring consultants within the team, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
Your profile
You bring experience as a Senior Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or a comparable role within a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company – evidencing hands-on leadership of advisory consulting engagements.
You also have:
- Demonstrated ability to construct complex value cases in the domains of Data and Applied AI.
- Deep experience in the manufacturing sector, retail & consumer goods, and/or the public sector.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives, including significant involvement in prior go-to-market projects.
- Experience shaping engagement outcomes in complex client environments through workshop facilitation and stakeholder discussion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, evidencing an ability to influence and gain the trust of senior decision-makers.
