DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Digital Analytics Lead to own our web analytics infrastructure. You'll be the system owner for GA4 and GTM across 5+ global websites, responsible for data quality and governance, and act as the bridge between marketing, data, and engineering.

You'll be the central point of expertise for all things marketing technology wiring. You're the person people will come to when they need tracking implemented (or fixed). You'll work closely with our web development lead on technical implementations, with our product teams for app events, and with our data team on reporting requirements. You thrive on building systems, not just using them. When someone adds a random script that might not be compliant? You'll be the one who catches it, or better yet, builds the governance to prevent it.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll sit on the Marketing Operations leadership team with direct influence on how the organization uses data. We've recently implemented GA4, a robust privacy-first data layer, and OneTrust for consent management; now we need someone to own and evolve it.

Marketing Ops at Sinch is a scrappy, global team doing big things, and we want someone who's energized by building, not just maintaining. We're deep into AI tooling, and we'd expect you to be too.

  • Own GA4 and GTM standards, including documentation, measurement plans, and data layer specifications

  • Lead tracking implementations including server-side GTM, cross-domain tracking, and data layer architecture

  • Be hands-on with marketing technology wiring: API configurations, pixel implementations, and tool integrations across the martech stack

  • Lead the intake process for analytics requests, translating business needs into technical requirements

  • Support AI and automation initiatives where analytics and technical wiring expertise adds value

  • Configure custom GA4 reports and explorations to support marketer self-service

  • Govern GTM access and ensure compliance across all brands

  • Serve as permanent member of the Cookie Council with responsibility for technical consent implementation

  • Proactively monitor data quality and resolve tracking issues

REQUIREMENTS

You're technical, but you also understand how tracking connects to business outcomes and can communicate across both worlds. You're naturally curious; when something breaks, your first instinct is to dig in and understand why. You can configure an API integration, dive into BigQuery to validate data, and debug a consent mode issue without needing backup. You're organized, reliable, and take pride in documentation that actually gets used. You thrive in environments where things aren't perfectly defined and you're energized by bringing order to complexity.

  • Deep expertise in GTM and GA4, including server-side environments, cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and custom event architectures

  • Hands-on experience designing data layer specifications and translating them for engineering teams

  • Track record of establishing governance, QA processes, and documentation in complex tracking environments

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through

  • Curious, self-directed, and committed to continuous learning

  • Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English *if posted in country where English is not first language

PREFERRED

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a multi-brand or global organization

  • BigQuery and SQL proficiency for data validation and advanced analysis

  • Familiarity with the broader martech stack: Google Ads, Meta pixels, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified

  • Experience with consent management platforms (OneTrust or similar)

  • Fluency in AI and automation
