We at Coforge are hiring for Business Analyst position with following skillset;

Roles and RESPONSIBILITIES

To be a pro-active, collaborative and inquisitive member of the ICE product team.

This role will support our aims through:

• Performing detailed analysis on the ICE product and technology landscape (data, systems and interfaces).

• Relating user requests and problems into functional requirements, systems processes and designs seeking efficient and effective solutions to business problems.

• Collaborating closely with the product owner, customers and ICE development team.

• Documenting both functional and non-functional requirements into development tickets with acceptance criteria

• Business process modelling

• Flowcharting & data flow diagrams

• Handovers, presentations and knowledge transfer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in working within an global organisation and globally distributed development teams

• Capturing explicit and implicit requirements and defining appropriate solutions, in combination with users, sponsors and the wider Technology department;

• Analysing systems and user impact in partnership with engineers and business stakeholders

• Contributing to improvements through innovative solutions, approaches, products or services.

• Communicating ideas, views, and concerns effectively and respectfully and actively participates in exchanges of ideas with others

• Ability to develop effective networks by seeking out opportunities for collaboration

Nice to have:

• Experience working with APIs and or API development teams

• Experienced with documenting functional specifications (agile stories and acceptance criteria), process flow diagrams.
