We seek senior data analysts who has a proven record of successfully building reporting platforms, supporting Business line with strong actionable insights and data visualization. He / she will be responsible from reports / dashboards portfolio, to build and maintain the platforms that will help to deliver insight generation and analysis. He / she will work for Data Studio and follow agile methodology. The main expectations from this role are; enable stakeholders to use data in achieving their strategic targets and making more accurate decisions, enable stakeholders to jointly design and steer transformation in data driven decision making processes within the company, ensure standardization for reporting and adopt automation solutions for repeated tasks.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Mathematics, Actuary, Statistics, Economics, MIS or related field
• 2+ years experience in a data analysis, business intelligence or similar role, preferably insurance industry experience as a Data Analyst
• Fluency in data analysis and communication around data, data visualization
• Strong track record of structure building and standardization of reporting platforms and dashboards
• Analytical mindset combined with eagerness for research and improvement, strategic thinking, proactivity
• Experience with BI tools, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, working knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Kanban
