What You Will Do
Growth & Performance
- Analyze acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and improve key business KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, retention, and operational efficiency
- Design and execute growth experiments (funnel optimizations, A/B tests, pricing tests, retention initiatives, etc.)
- Build dashboards and performance tracking systems to enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion and user experience
- Research and evaluate new growth channels, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Develop scalable internal systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements for product and tech teams
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement structured solutions
- Prepare performance reports and strategic insights for the management team
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in growth, business operations, strategy, consulting, or startup roles
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
- Experience with funnel analysis, KPI tracking, or growth experimentation
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience in EdTech businesses
- Experience working closely with founders or C-level executives
