What You Will Do
- learn a lot by working closely with all People & Culture functions across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, etc.,
- support the People Operations team with data-related tasks while gaining hands-on experience in people analytics,
- be involved in global mobility processes and cross-country People & Culture operations,
- work directly with our Head of People & Culture,
- assist in organizing and managing internal and external People & Culture related events,
- demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities,
- work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments including C-levels
- take part in creating People & Culture strategies to support Insider One's growth and see the whole process end-to-end
- find the related topics & create internal training for People & Culture
- a bachelor's degree in related fields,
- assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead,
- ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment,
- ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment,
- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
- excellent command of both written and spoken English,
