We are expanding our Digital Assets & Innovation Management team as part of our strategic focus on digital growth and innovation.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will take an active role in managing and improving our mobile application, digital sales platforms, conversational channels, and AI-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in digital platform development or digital channels who want to work on customer-facing platforms and emerging technologies such as AI.

You will work closely with IT, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams and contribute directly to the development of digital capabilities that support the company's growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Channel Development

  • Lead the development and enhancement of our mobile app and website
  • Design and implement new digital features, modules, and self-service capabilities
  • Contribute to the digital channel roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
  • Improve end-to-end digital customer journeys (sales, onboarding, claims, service, etc.)

Digital Product & Asset Innovation

  • Identify, design, and launch new digital assets and value propositions
  • Manage MVP cycles from concept to go-live
  • Ensure scalable and flexible digital architectures in collaboration with IT teams
  • Drive digital integrations with distribution and bancassurance partners

AI-Enabled Channel Transformation

  • Support the integration of AI-driven capabilities into digital channels (e.g., chatbots, personalization, smart recommendations)
  • Translate data insights into tangible digital experience improvements
  • Collaborate on initiatives that combine automation, AI, and digital platforms

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, product, marketing, UX/UI, and external vendors
  • Lead digital initiatives end-to-end using agile methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and information security standards

Data & Performance Focus

  • Monitor digital channel performance metrics (usage, engagement, drop-offs, conversion, etc.)
  • Propose data-driven optimizations
  • Contribute to a test-and-learn culture across digital initiatives


Who You Are

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital channels, digital product management, or mobile/web development
  • Hands-on involvement in mobile app and/or website projects
  • Experience with chatbots or conversational platforms
  • Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, telco, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Strong understanding of agile ways of working

Skills

  • Solid knowledge of digital customer journeys and sales funnels
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles
  • Data-driven and comfortable interpreting dashboards and performance metrics
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with IT teams and external vendors
