We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to shape the commercial success, strategic direction, and lifecycle management of our products.
This role requires a strong combination of analytical capability, strategic acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Product Manager or 5+ years for Senior Product Manager in pharmaceutical product management
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare ecosystem, and marketing principles
- Experience in product lifecycle management, including launch and post-launch activities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Medical, Market Access and other cross-functional teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement local brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead product lifecycle activities, including positioning, messaging, launch planning and performance tracking
- Work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned execution
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
- Plan, execute and monitor promotional and omnichannel marketing activities
- Track budget, KPIs and campaign effectiveness; evaluate results and take corrective actions when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and ways of working
