About the Portal (high level)

The Portal is a secure, role‑based web application that provides Aduna’s partners and teams with a single place to access information, collaborate on operational workflows, and manage service‑related tasks. It’s multi‑tenant by design with strict access controls so organizations only see what’s relevant to them.

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll own the look, feel, and usability of a modern web application. Your primary focus will be crafting thoughtful user experiences, defining interactions and animations, and translating Figma designs into polished, accessible interfaces. While the product is built with Angular, we’re looking first and foremost for a designer, preferably with strong implementation skills, not an engineer who occasionally designs.

You’ll be the steward of our design system, ensuring consistency, clarity, and delight across the product, and you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring designs to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead UX/UI design for a web application, from concept to final implementation.
• Design high-quality user interfaces and interactions in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototypes).
• Define, evolve, and maintain a reusable design system that bridges design and code.
• Translate designs into clean, responsive, accessible UI (HTML/CSS/TypeScript), ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Shape microinteractions, animations, and transitions that enhance usability and brand feel.
• Collaborate with product and engineering, run and contribute to UX reviews, and advocate for the user.

What You Bring:

• Strong UX/UI design background with a portfolio showcasing design-led digital products.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (design systems, interactive prototypes, developer handoff).
• Excellent visual design sense: layout, typography, color, spacing, and motion.
• Accessibility expertise and disciplined cross browser testing.
• Mastery of HTML5/CSS3/SASS, responsive design, and component architecture.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems (Storybook or similar is a plus).
• Ability to collaborate in modern Git-based workflows and CI/CD environments.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of Angular sufficient to implement and collaborate effectively
