Event Project Manager

Cheil Italia, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for an Event Project Manager to join our Campaign & New Business Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide best in class client relationship, responding to incoming client or agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability;
• Explore requests/briefs received with line manager to ensure adequate understanding of the request and expectations.
• Take responsibility for driving a job through the agency at every stage of the process, ensuring development, delivery and evaluation, by working in conjunction with all agency functions. Main focus will be the Olympics project;
• Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc.)

Desired skills:

• At least 8 years of experience as Project Manager;
• Proven experience in managing big events (sportive events will be considered a plus);
• Experience of extending retained/long term client relationships;
• Experience in hospitality activities;
• Ability to find creative solutions;
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well);
• Extremely passionate and positive;
• Show Determination to succeed;
• Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail;
• Great team player;
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environments.
