What We Seek

We are looking for a talented HR Specialist to join our HR team.


We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist with solid knowledge of core HR functions (Labor Law, payroll processes, recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, organizational development, internal communication, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Open to learning and continuous development
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills


What Will You Be Doing When You Join Our Team?

  • Manage daily HR operations, including personnel administration, recruitment, payroll control, organizational processes, and training activities
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate values and business needs
  • Collaborate closely with employees and senior management to support HR-related matters
  • Actively manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS)
  • To play an active role in technopark and incentive processes and effectively utilize the relevant systems
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analyses
  • Support Employee Health & Safety processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders
