Teknoser Bilişim A.Ş., a leading company in the Turkish information and communication technology market operating under HİTAY HOLDING, a pioneer in the technology sector, is seeking a "People and Culture Specialist (HRIS, Compensation & Performance)" to join our Human and Culture Directorate team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve HRIS processes and data quality
- Support HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis, and headcount planning
- Contribute to Compensation & Benefits processes including salary reviews and incentives
- Prepare HR analytics reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and labor regulations
- Support annual HR cycles (salary review, bonus, budgeting calendar) and track deadlines
- Conduct market benchmarking and support job grading / salary band studies
- Work closely with Finance and Payroll to validate data, reconcile reports, and improve accuracy
- Provide ad-hoc analyses for management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and monthly payroll cycle management
- Experience in payroll validation, statutory deductions, and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
