Position Summary

The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of operational performance and customer satisfaction across ISS food production services in multiple locations. It ensures the sustainable implementation of efficiency, cost control, optimization, and service standards within operations, while driving field execution through a performance-oriented and results-driven approach.

The role works in close coordination with internal operational and support functions to ensure consistent execution across sites, aligning customer expectations with ISS service standards and operational excellence objectives.

Location: Kağıthane, İstanbul (Hybrid – 1 day remote/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Familiarity with at least one job architecture / compensation methodology (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson)
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis, and grading/leveling processes
• Advanced Excel skills with strong reporting capability
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Qualifications

• Play an active role in end-to-end compensation and benefits processes within HR
• Prepare salary offers for candidates and manage related workflows in coordination with onboarding and payroll stakeholders
• Participate in compensation surveys and budgeting processes
• Monitor market data and conduct benchmarking and sector analyses
• Manage the annual salary review/increase process
• Oversee incentive/bonus schemes and review/update related procedures
• Execute and maintain job evaluation, job analysis, and grading/leveling processes
