Role Summary
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a cross‑functional Supply Chain AI team delivering data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. The role focuses on enabling Agile delivery, coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring consistent Scrum practices in an AI and data‑driven delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and manage delivery risks, especially data and dependency‑related blockers
Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Product Managers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment on architecture, backlog readiness, and delivery priorities
Support backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and dependency management
Track and communicate Agile metrics and delivery status
Enable collaboration between AI team and other cross functional teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery teams
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
Experience working with AI, data, or analytics teams
Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA / Azure DevOps)
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations domains
Experience in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
Experience with or knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
