We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong exposure to One Identity Manager (OIM) projects. This role is focused on leading end‑to‑end delivery of large-scale IAM initiatives for global enterprise clients, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of OIM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for One Identity Manager implementations
• Coordinate project delivery across architecture, engineering, and security teams
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting cadence
• Understand client requirements and align them with OIM solution design
• Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and status meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to project governance
• Collaborate with global counterparts and maintain strong customer communication

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing IAM projects, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager
• Solid understanding of OIM architecture, components, and implementation lifecycle
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured project deliverables
• Good understanding of directory services (LDAP, AD) and IAM ecosystems
• Experience working with technical documentation, diagrams, and solution overviews
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills and customer‑facing experience
• Experience with vendors, offshore teams, and multi‑team delivery environments

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project management within IAM or security domains
• Customer-facing exposure is essential
• CISSP or similar certifications are a plus
• Ability to travel if required
