• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams and vendors.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Act as escalation point for risks, quality, and delivery issues.
• Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning and strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in localization project management
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Deep knowledge of TMS, CAT tools, and QA frameworks
