Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute with project management expertise within compliance driven Programme

• Effectively communicate project goals, timelines and deliverables to assure smooth and successful project outcomes

• Define scope, milestone plans, estimate cost, and drive and monitor assigned projects until successful completion

• Identify risk and mitigation activities and follow up on assigned risk owners

• Identify dependencies, and report status on critical deliverables delivered by other projects within Programme

• Define scope, develop high level and detailed project plans, estimate cost, and drive and monitor project activities

• Report project status and identify innovative solutions to resolve unforeseen issues throughout life cycle

• Secure that assigned IT projects are delivered in accordance with internal security regulations and best practice

• Track and report status on critical deliverables delivered by other workstreams within Programme

• Report to workstream leads and communicate directly with business stakeholders and IT Operation teams

Experience Requirements (Essential):

• PMP or IPMA (level B) certified with minimum of 7+ years of project management experience

• Advanced expertise in one or several IT infrastructure areas: Cloud, Network, Datacentre, Transitions and transformation or backup & recovery

• Experience with design and implementation of Cloud solutions would be advantage for this role

• Strong planning and forecasting, risk management, budgeting, tracking and monitoring

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Advanced project management toolbox: MSP, JIRA, MS Office 365 or similar project management tools

• Able to quickly adapt to changing requirements

• Fluent in English, written and oral

• Previous experience working within financial sector or on large Programs will be beneficial
