Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and reports to improve company-wide visibility of key growth and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, Retention, CPI, etc.)
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines aligned with evolving business needs
• Analyze large and complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of mobile players
• Generate actionable insights to optimize User Acquisition, Creative performance, and Monetization strategies
• Collaborate closely with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to support data-driven decisions
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (experience with DBT is a plus)
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Proven experience building company-wide dashboards and driving data storytelling
• Experience in growth analytics, performance marketing, or mobile gaming analytics is highly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing
• Comfortable working with large and complex datasets
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders
• Fluent in English
