🚀 The Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer – Director to define and execute our enterprise AI strategy, leading the development of AI Agents, Generative AI, RAG systems, and advanced AI-powered data science platforms utilizing Databricks and large-scale AI architectures. You will collaborate with executives and business teams to drive measurable digital transformation and operational impact.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI and AI Agents strategy
• Architect scalable AI ecosystems: LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, multi-agent systems
• Oversee advanced AI-driven data science and analytics solutions
• Lead adoption of Databricks-based AI platforms
• Establish AI governance, ethical AI standards, and best practices
• Partner with executives to align AI initiatives with business strategy
• Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence and innovation roadmap
• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation programs

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 12–18+ years in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics
• 5+ years in senior leadership or director-level AI roles
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs (preferred)

🧠 Technical & Leadership Skills

• Expert in AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning
• Strong experience with Databricks and enterprise AI platforms
• Advanced data science leadership and AI architecture design
• MLOps, scalable AI deployment, and AI governance
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows
• Large-scale digital and AI transformation experience
