Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans
2. Design, document, and maintain:
3. Test plans
4. Test scenarios and test cases
5. Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
6. Perform:
7. Functional testing
8. Regression testing
9. Integration testing
10. End-to-end testing
11. UAT coordination and support
12.  Validate business requirements against system functionality
13.  Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
14.  Ensure ERP system testing (D365 / Oracle) meets functional and process requirements
15.  Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, and System Integrators
16.  Ensure quality gates and governance standards are adhered to within the PMO framework
17.  Support release cycles and deployment validations
18.  Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, and templates

Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst / Test Analyst
2. Strong hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies
3. Proven experience testing web and mobile applications
4. Experience in ERP testing (Microsoft D365 / Oracle preferred)
5. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
6. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.)
7. Strong analytical and documentation skills
8. Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. ISTQB Certification
2. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
3. Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
4. Experience in API testing and integration validation
