Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking highly skilled and experienced A320 Captains to join our growing operation.

As a premium airline, we are redefining the leisure travel experience through a refined product, thoughtful service design and operational excellence. Our Captains play a critical leadership role in upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and command.

We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in:

  • Dubai, UAE (DWC)
  • Malé, Maldives (MLE)
  • Bahrain (BAH)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board
  • Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit
  • Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel

Requirements

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • * Travel benefit represents an estimated monthly equivalent. Actual annual entitlement varies depending on operating base and home location
  • Estimated packages are based on 450 hours productivity annually.
