Act as the primary liaison between business users, customerfacing teams, and technology teams
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions
Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure alignment of requirements with CRO priorities, revenue objectives, and customer experience goals
Support preparation and ongoing maintenance of the product roadmap for the Business Management System (BMS) and related digital platforms
Assist in prioritizing features based on business impact, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Track scope changes and manage functional change requests through defined approval cycles
Coordinate with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation
Ensure seamless integration between customer-facing systems, back-end platforms, and third-party tools
Monitor development progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively
Develop a strong understanding of end-user behavior, customer journeys, and pain points.
Recommend feature enhancements and UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and usage patterns
Ensure digital interfaces remain intuitive, consistent, and aligned with Sobha Realty’s brand standards
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and operations teams
Track defects, coordinate fixes, and ensure closure before production releases
Support smooth rollout of new features and system enhancements with minimal business disruption
Monitor product performance post-launch using dashboards, reports, and user feedback
Analyze issues, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunities
Drive iterative enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and business outcomes
Work closely with Sales, CRM, Customer Relations, IT, Operations, and other teams to gather insights and align delivery
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and milestone reports for management review
Provide clear status updates and execution visibility to the CRO Office and senior stakeholders
Take ownership of assigned products and features across the full lifecycle - concept, build, rollout, stabilization, and enhancement
Ensure accountability for timelines, quality, and business outcomes of assigned initiatives
