We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user‑centric, and visually compelling digital experiences. In this role, you will transform business requirements and user insights into high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure every feature is usable, accessible, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and interviews to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile products.
  • Design interfaces aligned with existing design systems while contributing to their evolution.
  • Run usability tests and integrate findings into iterative improvements.
  • Prepare design specifications, assets, and documentation for seamless engineering handover.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems and propose user‑focused solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent design across devices and platforms.
  • Create visual artefacts including dashboards, icons, illustrations, and interaction patterns.
  • Maintain and update shared design libraries and UI guidelines.
  • Participate in planning, refinement, and design reviews within cross‑functional teams.
  • Support product discovery through sketches, concept testing, and ideation workshops.
  • Monitor UX metrics and use data‑driven insights to guide design decisions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, HCI, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience working on digital products
  • Portfolio showcasing user‑centered design work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design
  • Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability tests
  • Strong wireframing and prototyping capabilities
  • Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards
  • Experience working in Agile product teams
  • Ability to deliver clear assets and documentation to engineering
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and REACT
  • Familiarity with design systems and component‑based UI libraries
