Data Analyst Intern

About The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to act as a key analytical partner for our team. You will analyze company-wide data, build dashboards, and generate insights that drive real business decisions.

We are looking for someone who loves to generate hypotheses, conduct deep-dive research, and visualize findings to tell a compelling story. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to solve real-world business challenges and see their work directly impact company strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Decisions: Analyze company-wide data and create dashboards to guide critical business decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Hypothesis & Research: Proactively generate hypotheses regarding customer and product performance, conduct research to validate them.
• Data Storytelling: Dig into complex datasets to identify trends and translate them into clear, visual narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Excellence: Help optimize data workflows, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the integrity of our data environments.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Experience: A recent graduate in a quantitative field (e.g., Stats, CS, Math, Economics) or someone with previous internship experience who genuinely loves data
• Analytical Mindset: You excel at analyzing data, identifying root causes, and drawing actionable insights through a structured problem-solving approach.
• Technical Skills:
• Skilled in SQL and working with relational databases
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Knowledgeable in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, etc.) for deeper data analysis
• Communication: You can clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: You thrive in diverse teams and contribute positively to a dynamic, fast-paced work.
