In this role, you will lead the production of impactful video advertisements for our mobile games. Your creativity will drive player engagement and lower costs per install by crafting compelling visual narratives. You will engage closely with marketing, data analytics, and game design teams to shape advertising strategies that resonate with prospective players. This position emphasizes innovative thinking and an understanding of player psychology to create campaigns that captivate audiences in just seconds.

Accountabilities
- Creative Strategy: Develop a roadmap for video ad themes, including cinematic trailers and gameplay edits.
- Production Management: Lead a team of video editors to produce a high volume of assets weekly.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the UA team to analyze key metrics and iterate on ad concepts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on mobile advertising trends and conduct competitive analyses.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure ad creatives align with the game's branding while innovating within short formats.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming or a performance marketing agency.
- Proven portfolio of effective advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of video production and design principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects/Premiere); knowledge of Unity/Unreal engine is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data while embracing creative experimentation.
