Our Dubai office is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects across the region, with a primary focus on luxury retail. Experience in managing residential and hospitality projects is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead luxury retail projects from design development through construction and handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, consultants, and contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and luxury brand standards.
• Maintain alignment with HQ standards and internal workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in luxury retail project management (mandatory).
• Experience in residential and hospitality projects is a plus/preferable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and coordination.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
