Project Manager - Building Construction

Position: Project Manager (DM certified)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Construction / Engineering & Contracting

Salary: Upto AED 27,000

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) – advantage
• Should have DM certification
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry
• Strong experience in multi-storey building construction, including shoring works and basement construction
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project delivery models
• Excellent knowledge of UAE safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools/software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High-level decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment
