Role Description:

The Sr. Project Manager - Aluminium will be responsible for overseeing and managing aluminium project operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates includes leading project teams, coordinating with clients, tracking progress, managing resources, inspecting deliverables, and implementing logistics strategies. The role requires ensuring that projects align with company standards and meet client expectations, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with established timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management with abilities to plan, delegate, monitor, and drive projects to successful completion on the Aluminium Projects.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely workflow and project schedules.
• Experience in Inspection processes to assure quality standards and project compliance.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management with the ability to effectively manage transportation, resources, and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-paced onsite environments and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; prior experience in aluminum-related projects and a PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
