We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise IT programs (10M+ AED) delivered in partnership with third-party implementation vendors. The role requires strong governance, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery ownership from initiation through go-live and hypercare.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT programs in large enterprise environments, with the ability to drive accountability across vendors, business stakeholders, and internal technology teams.

Technical skills required

• End-to-end large-scale IT project delivery (10M+ AED programs)
• Third-party vendor & implementation partner management
• Strong RFP lifecycle understanding (requirement, evaluation, contracting)
• Commercial & financial governance (budget control, forecasting, EVM)
• Project governance & steering committee management
• Technical governance & solution oversight
• System integration & API understanding
• Risk, issue & dependency management (RAID discipline)
• Executive stakeholder management (C-level engagement)
• Strong communication & executive reporting
• Negotiation & conflict resolution
• Change management & scope control
• Proactive risk mitigation mindset
• IT development / technical background (preferred)
• PMP certified with 3–5 large enterprise projects delivered end-to-end
