Role Overview

e& is seeking an Engineer for the Customer Operation Center – Group 2 Zone 1. The role involves carrying out activities related to installation, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of the respective network, ensuring consistent, reliable, and efficient service performance in compliance with engineering standards, objectives, priorities, guidelines, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute network installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document and report on network operations and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of network security principles.
