Marketing Data Analyst for a fully remote position working closely with our Dubai-based team.

This role sits at the strategic intersection of storytelling, experimentation, and commercial impact, where thousands of creative variations are transformed into structured learning systems that guide brand expression, production strategy, and paid-media execution at scale. As Marketing Data Analyst — Performance Creative Analytics, you will develop the analytical frameworks that decode what truly resonates with audiences, allowing creative and marketing leaders to move beyond intuition and toward a disciplined, evidence-based approach to messaging, formats, and visual identity.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze creative-level performance across large paid-media portfolios to identify patterns in messaging, formats, emotional drivers, and fatigue dynamics.
  • Design experimentation frameworks and statistical testing methodologies that power creative iteration cycles.
  • Build tagging and clustering systems to categorize assets and surface performance drivers at scale.
  • Develop lifecycle models that forecast creative decay and replacement timing.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Media, and Strategy teams to influence briefing processes and production roadmaps.
  • Produce executive-ready narratives that connect creative insights to revenue and growth outcomes.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working with asset-level advertising data from major platforms.
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills.
  • Strong A/B testing and statistical analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex results into compelling commercial stories.
  • Curiosity for creative strategy and experimentation culture.
