Business Analyst with (Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Contract

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description (Short & Precise):

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, having strong domain expertise in Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from wealth/retail banking stakeholders
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis
• Work closely with technology teams for solution design and delivery
• Support regulatory, digital transformation, or core banking initiatives
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and test scenarios
• Facilitate UAT and stakeholder sign-off

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Wealth Management (portfolio management, investments, client onboarding, advisory platforms) OR Retail Banking (deposits, lending, payments)
• Solid understanding of banking products & regulatory environment
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Canadian banking clients preferred
