Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer‑facing forms and tools across backend, frontend, and API components. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building high‑quality, maintainable solutions using Java with the Spring framework and Angular, working within established engineering standards and delivery practices.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in software engineering, a strong quality mindset, and experience collaborating within cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications And Experience
- 3–5 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Java with experience using the Spring framework (e.g., Spring Boot)
- Experience developing frontend applications using Angular
- Experience building and enhancing RESTful APIs
- Exposure to Node.js‑based components and familiarity with npm for dependency management and build tasks
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure–hosted applications, including deploying, configuring, or supporting cloud‑based solutions
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests to support application quality and stability
- Familiarity with standard development tools such as Git, Docker, and Linux‑based environments
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and contribute to technical documentation
