UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to transform product requirements and research insights into intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate is an expert in Figma, highly fluent in Design System methodologies, and capable of designing responsive, scalable interface components.

This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver world-class UX solutions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile experiences.
  

• Work extensively in Figma, utilizing components, variants, auto-layout, responsive design, and design tokens.
  

• Apply and contribute to the Design System (DSM) to drive consistency and scalability across products.
  

• Translate research findings and insights from the Research team into actionable design concepts and solutions.
  

• Prepare clear and complete design specifications for seamless development handoff.
  

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and platform guidelines (e.g., WCAG, iOS/Android patterns).
  

• Advocate for user-centered design practices and contribute to continuous UX process improvements.
  

• 4–6 years of experience as a UX Designer delivering end-to-end digital product design.
  

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, responsive design, prototyping).
  

• Strong experience working with and contributing to a Design System (DSM).
  

• Ability to translate complex requirements and research insights into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  

• Exceptional interaction design and visual design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking.
  

• Solid understanding of UI development principles (e.g., responsive behavior, component models) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  

• Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.
  

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices.
  

• Comfort working in agile, fast-paced product environments.
