KNOK is a rapidly growing sales organization focused on developing young leaders and high-performance teams. We are currently expanding and looking for a driven HR professional to help us scale our recruiting, onboarding, and culture standards in the Lower Mainland region.
We are seeking a confident, organized, and people-focused HR Coordinator to manage regional hiring and employee lifecycle processes for approximately 40+ team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with candidates and sales professionals.
Conduct phone pre-screens for applicants from job ads (Indeed and other platforms)
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring pipeline
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation
Ensure company standards, professionalism, and ethical conduct are upheld
Support leadership with people-related processes
Help maintain a strong, positive office culture
2–4 years HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable enforcing standards and policies
Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Must be available for in-office work in the Lower Mainland
Experience recruiting for sales or high-turnover roles
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms
Background in fast-growth or startup environments
Performance review after 90 days with potential increase.
Work directly with executive leadership
