Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings to support agile processes.
• Help the team understand and follow Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Track and report team progress using metrics like burn-down charts or velocity.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and transparent communication.
