Role summary:

  • Salesforce Development team is looking for a hands-on technical Scrum Master/Analyst to support the Salesforce development function across multiple agile teams. This role will partner with business, technology stakeholders and teams to elicit and document requirements, translate them into clear technical deliverables, and drive execution—ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope, with proactive risk/issue management. Work spans strategic multi-year initiatives, ongoing BAU enhancements, and critical time sensitive production updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage project and sprint plans, including milestones, dependencies, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions), with clear status reporting and escalation.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban): support planning, refinement, delivery execution, and participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead scope definition and requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data/process analysis; translate needs into an executable delivery plan.
  • Write and manage user stories with clear acceptance criteria; document process flows and functional specifications as needed.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solution design, assess impacts, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations, vendors) to deliver capabilities on time and within scope; track delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, defect trends) and drive corrective actions.
  • Support QA/UAT in preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, triaging defects, and confirming release readiness.
  • Ensure release and cutover readiness, including training coordination, operational handoff, post-release validation, and BAU transition.
  • Act as a day-to-day technology point of contact for business questions; provide coaching/guidance to stakeholders and team members to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate across global business and delivery teams (New York, Europe, Asia; delivery teams in South America and India) to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology delivery role such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Analyst, developer, or similar.
  • 2+ years of Scrum/Agile delivery experience (e.g., facilitating ceremonies, managing backlog flow, supporting iterative delivery).
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and determine practical, acceptable solutions across business and technology partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and strong analytical/conceptual thinking.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business, IT, and operations teams on full-cycle software delivery.
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives (enterprise applications, distributed/web applications, and/or integrations).
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership mindset, and high professional standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability
  • Data-driven: tracks and evaluates data to provide insights back to the business
  • Action-oriented: makes quick, actionable recommendations based on data findings
