Position Title: Program Manager - Global Incentive Compensation- Manager
Location: Toronto, ON-M5J 2N8 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)
Pay Range: $75/hr on w2
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager / Manager – Strategy & Transformation to join the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) Strategy & Transformation team. This role will lead strategic initiatives, large-scale transformation projects, and M&A integration workstreams impacting sales compensation, systems, and operational processes.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end transformation and M&A integration initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)
- Establish governance structures and executive reporting cadence
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Partner with Corporate Development, Sales Strategy, GTM, Finance, HR, and Systems teams
- Track integration milestones and synergy targets
- Serve as primary liaison for integration-related communications
A typical day includes leading stakeholder meetings, tracking project progress, resolving issues, and preparing executive-ready updates.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years managing large-scale transformation or M&A projects
- Experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

- Understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Compensation Processes
Preferred Experience
- SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Sales / Incentive Compensation experience
- Consulting background (large consulting firms preferred)
- M&A / Post-Merger Integration experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana
