The Allstate Insights & Analytics team within Strategy, Design and Delivery collaborates with representatives across the distribution channel, leveraging data and analytics to deliver strategies and solutions that drive profitable growth. The analyst is one with exceptional data and manipulation skills and an analytical mindset.
This position reports to the Manager, Sales Planning & Analytics. You will be accountable for supporting the achievement of ACG’s short and long-term mission, vision, and strategic objectives
Accountabilities:
- Conduct ad-hoc data discovery across multiple sources to support business needs.
- Deliver descriptive and diagnostic analytics to inform prescriptive, strategy-driven decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear insights through effective storytelling and visualization.
- Design and implement KPI frameworks for new programs and initiatives; support forecasting and target setting with data.
- Replace manual stakeholder reporting with automated, interactive dashboards enabling self-serve analytics.
- Lead dashboard development end-to-end (requirements gathering, data validation, UAT, rollout communication) with a focus on usability and simplicity.
- Partner with CRD&A and business teams to consolidate analytical requirements and leverage enterprise data assets.
- Provide consultative analytics support to enhance operational excellence, sustainable growth, and effective program design (including data architecture recommendations).
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights using effective data storytelling techniques.
- Design, enhance, and automate reports and interactive dashboards to improve data accessibility and drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage advanced Power BI and SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently and accurately.
- Build dynamic, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards that enable meaningful data exploration and insight generation.
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to perform analysis, streamline reporting, and support cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 66,200.00 - 107,150.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
