About The Role
We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences for our web-based platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant user interfaces and seamless user journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for data-heavy dashboards, enterprise systems, and IoT-driven platforms.

🎯 UX Design
We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences for our web-based platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant user interfaces and seamless user journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for data-heavy dashboards, enterprise systems, and IoT-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 UX Design
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Design intuitive user flows for complex system interactions
- Optimize workflows to improve usability and efficiency
- Translate business requirements into clear UX solutions
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (Figma preferred)
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system (colors, typography, components)
- Ensure consistency across dashboards, forms, tables, and modal interactions
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and tablet environments
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams during feature planning
- Support design reviews and provide design rationale
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Align with branding and company design guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Design,Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (SaaS / Enterprise / Dashboard preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing web platform or system design projects
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
- Solid understanding of UX principles and usability best practices
- Experience designing data visualization dashboards is a plus
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React / Ant Design) is advantageous
- Experience designing for IoT, energy systems, or industrial platforms
- Understanding of design handoff and working with developers
- Experience creating reusable design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Strong problem-solving ability
