This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Senior / Lead Back-End Developer. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of server-side logic. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance both front-end and back-end integrations and implement efficient solutions using software development best practices. The candidate will also troubleshoot and debug applications while contributing to the planning and improvement of system architecture and development processes.

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming
• Understanding of Front-End Development to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience building scalable, secure, and reliable systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field
• Experience with the real estate industry or relevant business applications is a plus
