Job Title: Fresh Graduate Software Engineer

Location: Singapore

Job Description:-

Capgemini Technology Singapore is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Software Engineers starting in March 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work on key application services projects and gain hands-on experience with modern technical practices, including AI, DevOps, testing, and Java programming.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop solutions leveraging GenAI technologies, integrating AI capabilities into cloud-native architectures.
• Participate in the development, coding, testing, deployment, and software maintenance of applications and products.
• Assist in the design and implementation of GenAI-driven applications, ensuring integration with microservices and container-based environments.
• Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Requirements:-

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical area of study.
• Passion for software engineering and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of software development and exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Basic experience in designing and optimizing prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs.
• Relevant internship or academic project experience in Java, Python, AI, DevOps, and testing would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects as required.
