Description

We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled in interface development but also possess a critical eye for design aesthetics and user experience quality.

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates

A keen sense of visual harmony, layout balance, and overall “beauty” of digital design.
Ability to assess and critique UI/UX elements from a user-centric perspective, ensuring interfaces are both intuitive and visually engaging.
Experience in identifying design inconsistencies, usability gaps, and opportunities for refinement.
Commitment to elevating the product experience by combining functional design with polished, aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Production: Deliver high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile.
Asset Management: Contribute to and maintain the internal design system (components, styles, and documentation).
User Research: Assist in user testing sessions and help synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design intent is maintained during the handoff and implementation phase.
Iteration: Refine designs based on peer reviews, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings.

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Figma: Advanced knowledge of Auto-layout, Components, and Variables is required.
Visual Design: Strong command of typography, spacing, grid systems, and color theory.
UX Fundamentals: Solid understanding of user flows, information architecture, and common design patterns.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating at least 2 years of full-time professional work, including case studies that show problem-solving and process.

Minimum Qualifications

Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an agile environment.
