Key Responsibilities

• Production: Deliver high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile.
• Asset Management: Contribute to and maintain the internal design system (components, styles, and documentation).
• User Research: Assist in user testing sessions and help synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design intent is maintained during the handoff and implementation phase.
• Iteration: Refine designs based on peer reviews, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma: Advanced knowledge of Auto-layout, Components, and Variables is required.
• Visual Design: Strong command of typography, spacing, grid systems, and color theory.
• UX Fundamentals: Solid understanding of user flows, information architecture, and common design patterns.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating at least 2 years of full-time professional work, including case studies that show problem-solving and process.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an agile environment.
